My husband and I got married here in October. I cannot recommend this place enough. The staff here is incredible!! Our day of coordinator was on top of everything and the whole day went off without a hitch. The team here has every single thing down to a science. And they don't charge you an arm and a leg for it!! We just celebrated our daughters wedding at Valle Vista. It was a spectacular venue and the staff could not have been more helpful. Chuck, Samantha and Donna were amazing. They were able to accommodate all of our needs and provided the best service. Diana was amazing on the day of the wedding she kept us on track and made sure that everything we needed was right there for us. She made sure the day went just as planned. We hosted our pastor's retirement party here a few months ago. Pam and the staff was amazing working with us. They helped us work within our budget, made great food, and we had a lovely venue. A beautiful, WONDFERFUL place to have your wedding! My niece had her wedding here May 2019 and it was amazing! Awesome venue, great outdoors area with a roof over your head for the ceremony and a terrific big banquet room full of windows letting in tons of light for the reception. At the start of the wedding the bride rode in on a white horse drawn carriage and the groomsmen before her came driving in golf carts while honking their horns...it was fabulous fun!! We all got really teary eyed seeing the bride brought in by horse&carriage then walked down the aisle by her parents. The staff is EXCELLENT at Valle Vista. The tables were decorated beautifully and the service was outstanding! Everyone enjoyed the food and the cash bar as well. They had a a DJ and photographers too but not sure if they got them from Valle Vista or brought them in themselves. The grounds are gorgeous too and we took photos at the gazebo after the ceremony. We also lined up on both sides of the path for the carriage to come through for us to blow bubbles on the newlyweds. We had our wedding here this past Saturday and I must say everything was perfect! Juliana was our day of coordinator and she was amazing! She was very patient with my group...and went above and beyond to make sure my day went as smoothly as possible! The overall price was pretty reasonable. The only complaint that is about the food....we paid a hefty amount for substitutes—-we switched the baked chicken for fried chicken...and the fried chicken was not the best. I have been to a couple of weddings here. The venue is beautiful. There is lots of room for guests to move around and they allow the bride and groom to make lots of different choices. Valle Vista did an awesome job of making my wedding day the best day ever! They are very knowledgeable and experienced, they offered a lot of great tips to help my day go smoothly. I was looking for low maintenance but high quality and elegance and Valle Vista was it. They handled my food, cake, center pieces, scheduling, and even had a shuttle bus for the bridal party and our photographer to get great pictures on their beautiful grounds. When I first looked at this venue I was nervous about the fact that I'd be sharing it with 4-6 other brides in a day. You don't even know other people exist! Taylor, who handled our rehearsal, and Polly, who was our day of coordinator, were both so awesome!! Polly was an absolute ANGEL and she made sure that the groom and I were actually fed, and that I got a chance to enjoy the bar - which I hadn't had much of a chance to do! I have to say a special thank you to the venue, as well, for accommodating some extra photography time for the perfect sunset lighting. The horse and carriage and bubble alley were beautiful, the gatzbys were awesome, my family had a BLAST, the food was delicious, and everything went off without a hitch. Valle Vista is the perfect one stop shop! We had our ceremony here and our reception too, and it was beautiful. The price was perfect with everything that came with it. The grounds are beautiful for photos, and they even stop the golfing traffic while the ceremony is going on. We had the gatsby limos and the horse drawn carraige, which was a surprise to all of our guests! Dianne our wedding coordinator was phenomenal, she kept us on time and told us when and where we needed to go. The staff at Valle Vista kept in contact with us all the way up until the day of which was great. The only downfalls from our day was our centerpieces and photo opportunities. There were tea lights and fairy lights in all of the arrangements, and Valle Vista staff didn’t turn them on. The guests arrived to the reception and they were all off, my mother arrived 15 minutes after the guests, and went around to each table (22) and turned all of the lights on. And the photo opportunities were there, but only at certain times. Upon getting into the carriage to go to the ceremony, our “driver” said our wedding was number four of that day, that there would be six by the end of the night. There are so many weddings a day that you are only allowed outside during certain times to not interfere with the other weddings. We used a Mike Terry cake, and it looked beautiful. And the cake was amazing! When everything was over, staff was right there alongside my family and I to help clean up and load all of our centerpieces into our vehicle. Great place to have any event, whether it be corporate, charity, golf outing, and especially a wedding. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and will make for some unbelievable photos. The staff is friendly and completely there to serve you. Every bride has their own wedding coordinator who is there for anything you need and makes sure everything goes off without a hitch. I had so much fun getting married here last Sunday! Tina was a huge help from day one, Donna helped turn my visions into reality, and Debbie was amazing as our coordinator for the ceremony and reception. I could probably write a whole paragraph about how great Debbie was. She checked in with us frequently before the ceremony, kept us in the loop with timing, made sure everyone was where they needed to be, told us how beautiful we looked, and shared a few good laughs with us. She literally took care of us from the minute we arrived until we left. The food was delicious and the photography spots were beautiful. Everything was so well-organized and stress-free. The staff at Valle Vista did a flawless job of handling all of the big stuff so we could enjoy the little things that really made the day so special. Even though the day went by fast, I was able to relax and take it all in. My niece recently held her wedding here and the staff seemed to be very attentive. There was a mix up on locating the gluten free cup cakes that were ordered specifically for the bride (and other guests). She never got a taste of the wedding cake, nor did I. My wife and I had our wedding at Valle Vista in October 2014. Everything was absolutely wonderful. Not once did we stress about the wedding. We had people constantly in contact making sure that everything was going smoothly. Not only were we impressed with the the venue, so was every guest. I may be biased, but it was the most beautiful ceremony that I've ever seen and got the exact same reaction from everyone who came. On top of that, it was extremely affordable! My wife and I got married at Valle Vista June of 2012 and we had a fantastic experience! The staff was helpful, considerate, and professional. The facility is beautiful for both the ceremony and reception, and the food was fantastic. We also had our rehearsal dinner there, which was also excellent. We had my 9-10-11 wedding ceremony and reception at Valle Vista, and I couldn't have asked for a better day or a more wonderful staff to work with. Apryl and Donna are pure gold. They helped me make decisions using their years of wedding experience and weren't afraid to tell me what works well. Our day-of-coordinator was actually on her first wedding. I'm not sure whether to attribute it to natural talent or VV's training, but she never missed a beat. Had she not told us that we were one of her first weddings, I would have assumed that she had been doing it for years. The food was amazing! We did the Mike Terry cake and people loved the mini cakes that were served. The presentation is very elegant and the cakes are just delicious. We did a couple of cake tastings, and this is by far the best. We were in a room that overlooked the loop, so we got to see other wedding parties go by in the carriage. It was incredibly fun, and I can't thank Valle Vista enough for my really-close-to-perfect wedding experience!- Whitney Lee. 8/14/2011
